IT Security Manager Role Not found in OIM after provisioning.

After successful configuration of Oracle Fusion Applications, when about to start the

Super User/Role setup for Common Implementation of Fusion Apps 

we are not able to locate the IT Security Manager Role in the OIM. I could be able to read the entry in the Directory Manager (ODSM)

But could not find the entry in the OIM

Cause:

The issue has been caused due to LDAP entries not synchronized into Oracle Identity Manager store. As per Fusion Application Installation procedure this is a mandatory step and must be executed while provisioning a new Fusion Application Environment.  As a verification it was confirmed that the IT Security Manager job role exists in the Oracle Internet Directory (OID) Server.

Fix:

The issue can be resolved by reconciling the Users and Roles from the Identity Store (OID) into Oracle Identity Manager (OIM).

Steps:

Diasble the following scheduled jobs from OIM

•   LDAP User Create and Update Reconciliation
•    LDAP User Delete Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Membership Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Create and Update Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Delete Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Hierarchy Reconciliation

Run the following in the order specified:

• LDAP User Create and Update Full Reconciliation
•     LDAP Role Create and Update Full Reconciliation
•     LDAP Role Hierarchy Full Reconciliation
•     LDAP Role Membership Full Reconciliation

Now re-enable the scheduled jobs that we disabled:

• LDAP User Create and Update Reconciliation
•    LDAP User Delete Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Membership Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Create and Update Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Delete Reconciliation
•    LDAP Role Hierarchy Reconciliation

Now, after this, login to OIM and search for IT Security Manager,

It should be available for listing:
